Centre Parcs - Woburn or Elveden?

Hi, looking for advice. Planning to take the children to CP for May half term and are equi-distant to Woburn and Elveden, and not sure which to go for. We'll be booking a 3-bed lodge (2 adults and 3 children aged 8 and 6 yr old twins). We want a quiet lodge and Woburn seems close to an A road from the map, so wondering if Elveden might be better from that perspective. Also read reviews that say that Woburn water area is small. We'd probably go for the refurbished lodge at Elveden so they work out the same price. Any advice as to which we should go for? Thanks.

Elvedon, more established and nicer setting.

I haven't been to elveden but I was at Woburn in the summer and don't remember any road noise.

Agree Elveden. Woburn is very fresh and new, but small and there is barely any forest or wildlife to speak of.

There’s road noise to a certain extent at Woburn. I think it was from the motorway tbh.

However, I liked the pool size in comparison to others and thought the rapids and slides were excellent.

Thanks so much for your comments so far, sounds to be like Elveden may have the edge but would love to hear from anyone else with a view on it.

I meant to add that DH and I may have a session in the spa so that's a consideration too.

Been to both and I prefer Elvedon - kids pool area is better, so are the playgrounds.

I'd agree with Elveden, Woburn was a bit too new and a bit hilly.

We've been to Elvedon numerous times. The DC love it!
