Europe destinations with two 5 year olds

Looking at booking somewhere near med (warmer climate) next April. Budgets tight this year so need all inclusive. I've never booked all inclusive so really need somewhere reasonably quiet, not a boozy place. Mostly looking for an adventure park for the kids so we can stay local. Any recommendations please, thanks ;)

I'd recommend one of the hotels at Portaventura in Spain. There are 7 to choose from. We've only stayed at Hotel Portaventura which we had no problems with and we liked the fact that they had bikes to hire for exploring the local area and a spa for some pampering after a day spent in the theme park!
