Travel destination suggestions for a single mum with a 2 year old?

Hi, I have recently separated from my partner (5 days before Christmas which was pretty grim!) and need some things to look forward to. It's my 40th in March and really want to be out the country; does anyone have any suggestions for holiday destinations with a toddler? Many thanks

In a way it doesn't matter where, you need to decide what you want to do.

Something like AI with kids clubs and a water park?
A city?
Disneyland Paris?
Beach?

Then you can work from that.
