Germany Airport Supermarket new year's day open or not?

Can any of you clever people tell me if the Munich airport supermarket (Edeka) will be open at 8 pm on January 1st?
I have looked at the website but my German isn't good enough. Thanks.

It says open from 5.30am to midnight 'daily' = every day.

I did see that, but couldn't quite believe they don't shut any day at all & wondered if that meant every day excluding bank holidays, or whatever.

You could phone them?
