Festive Paris!

Hello, I'm hoping someone has some knowledge about any festive must sees in Paris!

I have a morning free there in a few weeks (whistlestop trip to see the Dior exhibition, can't wait), and I've not been in the run up to Christmas before - is there anything I should look out for?

The big xmas tree at Notre damme

The Christmas markets lining the champs elysees (and twinkly lights)

The Tulleries usually have something on too.

Gallerie Lafayette (department store) does a good show too.

Try and head to some of the outdoor food markets they're lovely

Enjoy!

Visit the annual exhibition of Christmas trees created by top couturiers and designers at the Centre Pompidou. The “trees” are pretty much Christmas concoctions with something vaguely tree-like about them and can be wickedly funny, seductive, political, lovely, or just plain weird. It’s a fun exhibit, and your entrance fee goes to a French charity.
