New York Family Friendly Hotels

Any suggestions, thinking mid town and ideally a smaller boutique type hotel.

How old are your kids?

If a bit older I’d recommend pod39, small rooms but fab communal areas (table tennis, iPads, board games), really well priced for NYC and a great mid town location.

My American friends like the Citadines appartment Hotel. They have kitchenettes and are easier for families because NY isn’t big on family rooms.

Aloft Hotels are great.

The Library Hotel. Good help yourself breakfast - bagels, pastries, fruit, cereal. Drinks and cookies/biscuits available all day and wine and cheese early evening. Very friendly staff.
