Faro with a 9 month old

I'm shortly going to faro for 5 days with my 9 month old and a couple of friends. We won't have a car. Any suggestions for things to do? So far the ideas I've had are Tavira by train, and llha deserta and llha culatra by boat. Any other suggestions for trips? Are there any baby friendly attractions in faro itself? Do any of the parks have baby swings? Thanks for your help

We went in the summer with out 6/3/6 month old.

Faro beach (by the airport) has a park that has swings etc. We didn't actually do anything other than pool / beach though!

Although, thinking about it, it might not have had baby swings...
