Using the Milton tablets and cold water to sterilise and have been using bottles water but just thinking - can you use the tap water for sterilising?

I would think so - it's being sterilised so wouldn't that kill any bugs?

Would you need to boil it first though?

Yes they will sterilize the tap water too. They are bleach tablets basically.

No you don’t need to boil,

You can use tap water for sterilizing with Milton. You should also use cooled boiled tap water rather than bottled water for making up feeds.

Tap water and sterilising tablets will work fine as long as you use the right proportions.

But I’m guessing you’re not using the bath and one tablet to sterilise Grin

Tap water in Tenerife is safe to drink, it just doesn't taste very nice if you're not used to it as it is (I think) desalinated sea water. Also, the Milton tablets sterilise anyway.
