SUN holidays again- anyone looking at Brittany or been?

Anyone have any experience of these, good or bad? Thanks

We atyed at Village la PLage a couple of years ago - had a couple of bad experiences there but I think that was mainly due to the fact that they closed the campsite down around us when we still had 2 days togo. They didn't clean the pools out, closed the shop, barier etc!! Don't know whether it was an operator mistake or camp site mistake but we had a fab holiday regarless!! Site is basic - pool is OK not the best or worst we've seen, takeaway closed and opened whenever!!! Again might just be beacuse we were end of season!

Location is excellent right on a nice beach with cycle tracks and good places to visit.

Pointe St Giles is nice, and you can walk or take the little road train into Benodet.
But, a word of warning. Last year my friend did the sun booking with the idea of adding extra nights. The extra nights were a rip-off. She ended up cutting her losses and booking direct with one of the big operators (keycamp, eurocamp, canvas, haven etc) for a great deal less money. We'd both done it a couple of years ago and it was cheaper then, so she was at the price. definately worth ringing round to see what offers are available.

This area is lovely and the Brittany Ferries approved chalet sites are superb !!
