Help finding ideal European location

Hoping somebody well travelled can help. Me and DP are looking to buy a holiday home and have been researching over the last year or so. We have been looking at Alicante North in Campello but very little property that we like is coming on the market so looking for any other alternatives. Our requirements are;
Plenty of flights from Leeds
Flight time around 2.5 hours
Short transfer from airport (around 1/2 hour)
Lively Spanish town not too touristy
Coastal
Good transport links so no car required
Low rise property with communal pool in small complex.

We would consider anywhere if it meets those requirements as at the moment we can only go away for 3 or 4 days at a time. Budget around £130k.

Seriously, most people take one or two flights a year, max. Most of the damage done to the environment from flying is from people like you who want to fly multiple times a year. It's irresponsible environmental vandalism which is actively damaging our present, as well as our future, and I'm sick of being polite about it.
