Ideas for Majorca with teenagers

We are thinking of going to Majorca for the first time with 3 teenagers - boys and girls. We are looking for somewhere with some activities for kids, nice food and pool and beach. We would prefer not to have to get up at the crack of dawn to put the towels out so somewhere that has plenty of sun loungers!

Is anyone able to recommend a good hotel to stay in? Would want at lest B&B but would also look at half board. Want to go somewhere for 14 nights.

The hotel is right on Cap d’en Bou beach on the Bay of Pollença, although this stretch is a bit scrappy – not great for sunbathing but ideal for windsurfing and other water sports. The S’Albufereta wetlands nature reserve extends behind the hotel, so you really feel like you are in a rural environment. Puerto de Pollença (with a lovely beach) is 10 minutes’ drive to the north and the historic town of Alcudia and the resort of Puerto de Alcudia (with another great beach) are 10 to 15 minutes’ drive to the south. Buses stop outside so you can manage without a car. It is about 45 minutes’ drive from Palma airport.
Staff are friendly, multilingual and very good at helping you sort out all the activities you want to do. The main 50-metre pool is recreational, while people actually swim lengths in the 25-metre adults-only pool. Facilities include an indoor pool, gym, spa, tennis courts and a putting green. There are free beginners’ windsurfing lessons twice a week, activities for all ages such as archery and yoga, and fitness classes. There are on-site cycling facilities for bike hire and repairs. There is a free bus to a different beach every day and also to Alcudia and Pollença.
Even though it is a large complex, the abundance of grass, flowers and palm, pine and tamarind trees – as well as a few ponds – creates a very tranquil atmosphere. Some of the facilities are a bit tired around the edges, but the older parts are being refurbished. I didn’t mind the lived-in vibe at all though; if anything, it made it more relaxing and homely.
