I have noticed the holidays are very cheap at the moment and I was thinking of going but a friend said there is something going on there at the moment like a civil war or something?

Check fco.gov.uk as that's always up to date.

the only thing I know about it is what I have read on here and that is that it is a bit of a dull place to go on holiday. great if all you want is pool and a book but not much else. maybe people are catching on and this is why its cheap.

From my own research i understand they have a bit of an issue with migrants recently. I had been considering going but honestly prices aren't HUGELY cheaper than some fabtastic places in Mexico and the DR so I decided against it.

What's wrong with migrants, Mummy? They're people just like us.

As in people jumping ogf boats and running up beaches... not my idea of a fun holiday. Been a bit in the news about it over the summer, just saying that may be why prices have decreased.
