hotel in Amsterdam

Please could anyone suggest a good hotel in Amsterdam for a half term stay with my 13 yr old daughter?

is it just you and your dd? if so perhaps air b n b?
stunning b and b the run in - 9 streets. gorgeous area .

We liked the Moevenpick by the central station. Great location for all kinds of activities and not too expensive.

Ibis Styles, 2 min walk from the central railway station. Lovely hotel, includes breakfast. Walking distance to everything. Twin rooms have plenty of space, modern decor nice bathroom. Highly recommended.

Hoxton is nice but not sure if they have twin rooms.

We stated in the Crowne plaza and it was fab

Swissotel on Dam Square, or the NH Kraznapolsky

2nd the Crowne Plaza. Also the Marriott at the airport though we where spoiled as had the largest suite ever for £69 b&b

Random one, but if cost is an issue look for hotels in Haarlem. 15 minuets by very frequent train into Amsterdam, a few great hotels by the station.

Have a look at little Amstel, was amazing and a bit different!
