Anyone stayed at Storey Lake Orlando?

Is it any good? I need a 5 bed villa with a pool and the villas look nice but some reviews mention building work.
Or did you stay somewhere else that you would recommend?

Hi, we stayed in a 4 bed, 3 bathroom with pool in Early June. We absolutely would recommend it. There was building work happening , in fact some was opposite us but we didn't notice it at all. The site was safe and secure. The club house pool area is brilliant. There is a FB page and also a YouTube channel with updates on the resort. We will definitely stay there again. 5 min to Disney. X

Thanks so much for replying.
The villas do look nice and it seems ok 9n value. Was there a good supermarket nearby? Did you eat in while you were there? We are in a disney hotel second week so were thinking of eating in some nights week one.
Was the water ride as good as it looks?

Would I be very cheeky to ask what you paid and who you booked with?
We were looking at air bnb.

We stayed on Clock Tower Drive. We ate in loads, the house we stayed in had everything we needed. We actually booked via Ocean Holidays and this was the villa allocated to us. Next time we will book everything separately , I have seen the house we stayed in advertised on a few sites.

We shopped at Publix and Walmart which were both very close (a few minutes drive) we also ordered a few take outs that were delivered.

The onsite pool/gym area actually had its opening night whilst we were there, the kids loved the 1 day that we got to spend there, food and cocktails were enjoyed by the adults.

Thank you so much for the info. Really helps to have feedback from those who have recently stayed there.

We stayed in a 4 bed Storey Lakes townhouse this August 2017. It was lovely modern, well furnished and well equipped quite luxurious. Couldn't hear any building noise and the pool area (although smaller than it looks in the photos) was far nicer that other resorts we've stayed in Orlando. The staff were friendly and helpful. We ate in every other evening we had everything we needed in the house to cook good meals. We shopped at the Walmart and there is a new Publix being built very close by it looked almost finished. Booked it through ownersdirect we got a fantastic deal but booked last minute. We always book our holidays independently ourselves and often fairly late get great deals but do spend several hours searching!

Thanks kkneat. Will go ahead and book storey Lakes me thinks. The villas do look lovely and we have never stayed in a villa before. The facilities look good too.
Thanks again for advice.
