Thinking of taking my two left mad kids in Xmas holidays. Anyone been to the new House museum as yet? Is legoland hotel worth the cost and would it be so cold we'd need lots of expensive warm gear

It only opened two days ago! We saw it in August from the outside, still massive building site on the outside....

We have always stayed in Lalandia next door (similar to Centre Parcs)
Depends if you prefer self catering or hotel

My mistake thought it was due to open end August Blush yes would prefer hotel/ catered as would likely be a long weekend

@gassylady yes originally it was supposed to open autumn 16(?) and then when I checked this summer it had all moved to the end of September.... We'll just have to come back to Billund one day (and that's for me, the kids are not as desperate). I think Legoland itself is closed in the winter?

Thanks for the info may need to think again as availability already limited on lots of days
