Short break with a 16 yr okd

Our DD 16 will be with us on her own for the first time this half term as her sister has gone to university. Can anyone give me some ideas on short breaks for the 3 of us( don't particularly want to ask her to bring a friend) thanks

A city break - Amsterdam or Barcelona?

Bluestone?
London, Brighton, Cardiff?

Where are you, how far do you want to travel, and are you sporty, into cultural stuff, shopping, beaches, or what?

did york , bath and Exeter trips with my dd. Each trip had a Bit of history, bit of walking, bit of shopping and crazy golf

Barcelona? Dublin?

London, Brighton, Poole, Scarborough, Eastbourne, Manchester, Liverpool?
