Help with a European holiday this September

Am suffering total holiday blindness! Am looking for the holy grail really, I am hoping that someone will have stayed somewhere that ticks all these boxes...

Europe
5 min walk to sandy beach
Not a touristy holiday resort
Self catering apartment with two bedrooms
On a small complex with a bar, restaurant etc.
Local flavour (e.g. No cooked breakfasts and pints of lager).
Stylish/boutique feel.

The only places I can find that do this sort of thing are in Greece and cost £££.

Can anyone help?

I'll jump in. Only place I've been that ticks most of those boxes is Fiskardo in Kefalonia. It's in the north so away from the hordes. Lovely little harbour town. The only thing missing is close sandy beaches. There's a small shingly town beach but rent a car or (better yet a boat) and there's plenty nearby.

There should be some late deals going this time of year. These guys are good www.ionianislandholidays.com/ and www.sunvil.co.uk cover there.

This place is really nice on the Italian Adriatic coast www.residenceola.com/index.php and I am pretty sure you won't be able to find a cooked breakfast anywhere near!
Prices are for a whole week, from Saturday to Saturday

ask at Caseriodelmirador.com
they have spaces for autumn going half price if you ask, not on the beach but truely fabulous. easy flight to alicante. 2 bed apartment etc.. ticks those boxes.
