We have 12.nights booked for next Summer. There will be four of us, two teens and two adults.

It needs to be two bedrooms , near shops, restaurants, and preferably with a pool.

We haven't been to Majorca for years, and haven't use Airbnb before. Can I have your tips, reccomendations please.

Also how much should inexoect to pay?
Thanks.

Stayed in Majorca in October in apartment in hotel that had a small kitchen £150 each included flights. Hired a car for a week. Bought food from local supermarket and ate out. Sometimes it is more expensive to book via airb&b because you have to factor in travel. Suggest compare package holiday prices versus book your own

We already have our flights booked. I'm not sure about Airbnb TBH. DH not keen to book with them because of all the recent controversy regarding Airbnb in the Balearics.

I just thought it might give us another option.

We've just come back from staying in an Airbnb in Palma. It was beautiful and very cheap but our host was saying he was taking the apartment off the website due to the uncertainty and if anyone knocks on the door to say we are his cousins (?!) we also noticed many flags flying which showed a woman chasing away tourists with a raised golf club with something like 'tourists go home' written it.
We had a wonderful time but I would definitely think twice about booking through them next year. Our host was very upset talking about it and even cried, he said he wouldn't be surprised if there was violence and it just doesn't seem worth the hassle when you could just go somewhere else or book in another way. X

Thanks Sent We're going to give Airbnb a swerve. Lots of accomadation available without going down that route!
