North Yorkshire Coast place to eat recommendations please?

It's my husband's birthday in September and I know he'd really like a day out on the coast. He's a real foodie so I'd love to find somewhere that serves really fresh, interesting food for lunch or dinner. If anyone knows Riley's Fish Shack in Tynemouth, that's the kind of thing I'm hoping to discover in Yorkshire but I've had no luck with google searches. Any gems to recommend?

I love Riley's! Try The Plough in Scalby which is just outside Scarborough. Food is amazing and it's always our go to place..

love abbey wharf in whitby. the marine looks nice too but not been.

Estbek house in sandsend, just a couple miles outside of Whitby is amazing for a foodie, it has two rosettes. They change the menu on a daily basis depending what the fishermen have caught that day
