The domestic hols are in friends houses whilst they are away or not.

It's not hugely difficult. You should see how much globe trotting the kids do. DD2 is off to Brittany tomorrow.

Well, me & dh grabbed a dd-free week in Grenada last month, Hertfordshire with in-laws for Easter, chalet in Devon for summer half-term and Barbados at the end of August

off to france in may to stay at my dad's for dd's first birthday. next year we'll be off to morocco so dd can meet her great grandparents.

week in North Wales - May half term
4 weeks in South of France - August
week in Northumberland - October half term

Rome on the 12th and I think we are going to the south of France in late June

legoland/windsor in May.
The Camargue in August.

May - back to the UK, staying with family and shuttling between the two (too long with MIL but thats another thread)

August - dh and ds back to UK for a month, me for a week, prob shorter version of above

Going to Madeira next week. I've no idea why, except it was the place we had the least arguments about!

We're not sure about the summer, though dd and I will be going to see rellies in England. Ds2 is getting married in Paris so I guess we'll be going there at some point, if he ever tells us the date.
