Having a nosey around travel sites and Bulgaria keeps popping up. We normally go to the same places over and over so fancy something different. Any advice /recommendations for Bulgaria in October? 2 adults, not looking for nightlife, so quietish hotel/resort would suit. Maybe somewhere we can explore the local towns. Oh, and can it be done without hiring a car? Would rather not do that.
