Outer banks nc urgent

If we were to visit obx for a day or two this week.... where would you suggest .. no 4WD if relevant... would have to be a hotel ... how to make the most of it?

The Hilton Garden Inn at Kitty Hawk is fab and right on the beach. We could watch dolphins from our room. I would highly recommend heading to the Jockey Ridge State Park and climbing the dunes at Sunset. Duck has a lovely little boardwalk with shops, cafes etc. Cape Hatteras National Seashore is lovely and there's a lighthouse if you like that sort of thing. The Outer Banks is a great place that visit. Enjoy!
