Italy for a week

Where is close to Rome, but would be good for dcs , swimming pool , may be beach, nice pizzerias etc. I'm thinking 2 nights in Rome then train somewhere not too far away for a more relaxing few days.

Ischia? Train to Naples then ferry to ischia.

Ostia would work. Alternatively 3 days in Rome, then fast train to Florence and relax in Tuscany.

Elba?
