Not sure if this thread is in the right place but are there any mumsnetters out there who know about consumer / regulatory aviation bodies? I (and many others judging by twitter) are having serious issues with one airline recently - and I'm not sure if legally they are allowed to behave as they are. Anyone I can go to for a potential resolution? When I search the results are mostly about airline safety regulars not the consumer side
