Day in Palma With Luggage

We have a day in Palma (3 children and 2 large suitcases as hindrances!).

Any suggestions on somewhere we could use as a base and luggage storage for the day? Are beach clubs good for this kind of thing ( like south of france) or is it just adult partying really?

Then, what should we do and see? Where should we find amazing food in a family friendly environment?!

You can leave your luggage at the left luggage at the main bus station- it's then very convenient for getting a taxi or bus to the airport.

Can't help with other recommendations as we tend to just wander and wander and wander and pop into whatever eating place looks nice when we are hungry!

Yes, to the main train station but it wasn't cheap - about 21 Euros. I did read that you could try a hotel. Offer them some cash to leave it in their left luggage. I'd do that in future.

Go to the Banys Arabs. It was a lovely calm oasis in a hot city.
