I think you might be limited to Canary Islands or maybe Azores but I think even those might be pricey that time of the year sadly.
Use Skyscanner you can put your airport and destination anywhere that's how I look for bargain flights

Dom Rep or Cancun for sunshine and heat. Depends what your idea of cheap is!
Egypt, Tunisia and Morocco were always the cheaper winter sun destinations, or Gambia was another one, not sure if anyone still flies there.
Canaries can be hit and miss - I once spent a week in January in Lanzarote where it was 6 degrees and pissing it down.

I've been to the Canaries in early Jan, and it was lovely - warm, sunny, mid 20's I'd guess.

Friends of ours did the Caribbean last Christmas and got a very good deal - cheaper than our Greek Island holiday in August, so you should look into that too.
