Hmmm - anniv break mid December ideas pls?!

Hi all,

Just looking for inspiration for ideas for a long weekend/4days away for our 10th wedding anniversary mid December. We will have our 6 year old in tow...!

Looking at UK or abroad - no longer than 2 and a half - 3 hours ideally. Any ideas/experiences much appreciated.

Christmas Market?

It would be cold but Budapest is beautiful ! Wish we could go back for Xmas markets but 2 under 3 in a city break isn't going to be much fun !

We did Barcelona it was fabulous

Lille has a fabulous Christmas market by the way!

Cologne is beautiful. We took DS there when he was small, and go back occasionally now.

Tallinn. Will be cold but Christmassy and has a great atmosphere x
