Traveling with children alone. Do I need permission?

First time traveling with the children without DH; he is overseas and in I was just wondering if I need a letter or something else. We always travel together so this just occurred to me.

Supposed to get a letter of consent from those with parental responsibility. You may or may not be asked for it

I hope I don't get asked for it; maybe I get my husband to send me something online.
