We've been to both and would def go for woburn. Loads to do, my dd's loved working though the monkey part, they also had some lion cubs in the safari park when we went.

We have also been to both, and would also def go for Woburn. Much more to do. Food was better at Woburn, good choice. We went when the weather wasn't good enough for a picnic, but if weather is good there was loads of picnic areas.

Yeah but woburn is twice teh price as I found out last week

We haven't been to Woburn and will give it a try this year. But I must say that Whipsnade was a lovely day out. Our son was just 2 and a half at the time so there was enough to keep him entertained - especially the little steam train ride which takes you around to see the animals. I would say it depends on how old your children are - but don't dismiss Whipsnade - it's great!!

I personally prefer the idea of ambling round Whipsnade, spending more time in the bits you want to spend more time as opposed to driving around Woburn. Altough I have to say that last time I went to Woburn I was about 12, and I think there is much more there now!!!

Does the train at Whipsnade take you round teh same asection as the drive thru bit? Does it cost extra? I am hoping to take DC wo Whipsnade at easter.

Don't forget if you are going to Whipsnade you can get 20% discount if you present your Toys r us gold card (free from any store - not a credit card), or 10% discount if you book your tickets online.

Hi,

Morrisons are doing free child places vouchers for every £30.00 you spend - for every adult a child gets in free which works out quite nice. i have just been shopping there.

Hope this helps.

SlightlyMadSpringBunny · 27/03/2007 16:54

Where is that?

Do you get 2 vouchers for a £60 spend?

misdee · 27/03/2007 16:58

am hoping to get to whipsnade one day during the easter holidays

Sorry the vouchers are for Woburn Safari Park.

If you spend £30.00 you get 1 free voucher for a child free entry. (with a full paying adult).

I spent £52.00 and they gave me 2 vouchers, i then cheekly asked for another voucher and they gladly gave it to me.
