Which Center Parcs (or similar with large water complex) in Europe for Christmas/NY?

Can someone recommend the best Center Parcs in Europe (or something similar with a large water park/swimming pool area) for Christmas/New Year break? We are a family with a toddler and a dog, so will be driving from London. Would love to stay somewhere where we can ski as well, but DD is only 2 and loves swimming, so water park is a priority. Also can't do kinderhotels or similar as too expensive for us.

De Kempervennen in the Netherlands would probably be your best bet as it has a big indoor ski centre as well as all the swimming facilities, play parks etc. It is around a 3.5 hour dryve from Calais and once you are there you can visit any of the other nearby Centre Parcs and use all their facilities for the day. De Vossemeren and Erperheide (the two Belgian parks) are a short drive away and would be worth a visit. Erperheide has a huge indoor soft play which would be ideal for your toddler.
I have a feeling you can take dogs to most of the lodges at the European parks with the exception of the boat houses.
