Looking for a short break in October half term with a 2 year old and a 7 year old as cheap as possible but not camping... :)
Would love to go to center Paris but £££
Any recommendations for a nice break? Could be uk or Europe

We took our kids to Paris when they were a similar age. We stayed in the Novotel near Montparnasse station and it was about £80 a night I think via one of those websites where you put in a price and a location and it finds you a hotel (hotels.com maybe?) We had breakfast included and it was absolutely fine! Paris with young kids was fun. There is a lot to do from playgrounds to boat trips, Natural History Museum, etc. Get a copy of DK Paris with Kids - it's great for deciding whether a sight is appropriate and for finding playgrounds, etc.
