Am travelling to spain in September with my DD who at the time will be 4 months. Does anyone have any recommendations on best travel cot that is fairly lightweight to take. The apartment we are staying at does offer for a charge so am just weighing up my options

Arc 2 travel cot is brilliant. Has taken my daughter from just 1 to just over 2 via 13 countries in the last year. Not the cheapest, but only weighs 2.4 kg and goes into a backpack and will be long lasting.

That one looks very light, but for ease of use we have never regretted getting the Baby Bjorn travel crib. It is so easy to put up, and not much harder to take down. Obviously a bit bigger and heavier than the one above, but comes in it's own carry bag.

We are using the BabyBjorn in France this week with 😃my 8 week old. Easy to take up and down, haven't travelled with it as it will live here. One disadvantage is that it's low on the ground. We use a snuzpod at home and I found it a big adjustment not having her at my height. Plus harder to get her in and out. Nunababy make one where you can adjust the sleeping height for a newborn.
