Nice hotel in Nottingham close to the station

The only really nice hotel in Nottingham is the Lace market hotel It's not that far from the station, probably too far to walk with bags though

Jurys Inn?

It's 'nice' as in not crappy and seedy iyswim.

The Lace Market hotel looks fab but a bit out of my price range I think.
Jury's Inn looks perfect - am I right in thinking it's almost opposite the station?

Jury's Inn is sort of at the back of the station where all the new development has taken place. But I don't use the station so I'm not sure what entrances and exits they have now that the trams start from there. It's not a long walk at all - just a ocuple of minutes.

There's also the Citilodge hotel which is more central, close to the theatre and budget-priced. Depends how many bags you have!

jurys is in a dodgy area the park plaza is nice and mid range
