Overnight flight delay

Currently in St Lucia and have an overnight delay. Luckily we were told before getting to the airport and we have a free night paid for by BA. However no one seems to have info of our connection in London to Glasgow. We obviously miss it and we booked through Expedia. We've provisionally booked a premier inn but is ba obligated to find us a hotel room in gatwick and our onward flight? Ba said to contact tour operator but the contact numbers don't work. We hAve 3 small children so hanging about gatwick i overnight is not an appealing prospect (we'll arrive London at 11 pm uk time).

Oh, that's not good - you might get a better response by tweeting them? Twitter link

Also, when I looked up "flight changes" on their site, it also provided two US numbers - don't know if either of those might help, given your current time zone?

tel:1-866-310-5768 (toll free in US)
tel:+1 4047288787 (international)

- Expedia's comments on airline flight changes imply they should help you on this one

Good luck!

Keep your boarding cards. Under eu law you are entitled to a refund of €450 per passenger. It's easy to make a claim. Look the templates on money saving expert.

Yes, they will sort it. It may not be until you are at Gatwick and through flight connections but there are frequent flights between London and Glasgow so they will hopefully just get you in the next one with availability. Keep eertything so you can make a claim for the delays when you are back.
