I'm thinking of taking a short break across the channel in Normandy or Brittany for a few days in August with my teenage son and possibly the dog too (depends on what's involved to get him a passport).
I know I've left it late and I'm being a bit vague.
Looking for something cheap and cheerful (mobile home or apartment?) and would want to take the car.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
