Double pushchair with one child

Anyone have experience of taking a double umbrella-fold pushchair on a flight, but with only one child? Any chance an airline would object to this?

I don't have an answer, but what airline? Try getting in touch directly with them by email or twitter?
I feel the would be fine with it -- surely it still counts as one mobility aid (are you taking a carseat also? If not that strengthens your case as they take 2 items free usually, yeah?)
