I can do Paris in my sleep but now planning Florida.

If you were starting from scratch, what's the best plan of attack? Books, webs, here? I've no idea where to start. Thanks.

The Dibb website is a good place to start. I also found the book 'The unofficial guide to WDW with kids' extremely useful.
