help me find somewhere? please?

Husband and i want to do away for a few days the beginning of april (2018) for up to 7 days.
I want somewhere within 3 hours, near a beach, but a city break feel too.
I have no idea....anyone have any suggestions?
we dont want to go to Barcelona..

If you're feeling brave you can see some or all of Malaga, Granada, Seville and Cordoba. We did this a couple of years ago and it was amazing.

Fly to Malaga. From there we spent a day in the mountains walking El Caminto del Rey but if you don't fancy that, you can see Malaga city and the beach or travel to Granada for a couple of days for the Alhambra and tapas before getting a train to Seville for the rest of the week.

Cordoba is an easy day trip from Seville and then you can get the train back to Malaga.

Hvar, Split or Dubrovnik. All good. Hvar a bit trickier to get to as you need to transfer on the Catamaran so you may have to kill a few hours in Split ( no hardship) I've been coming to Hvar for the last 6 years. It's simply wonderful.
