DH and I taking 4 teens and my DM to Duinrell in Hollland in August. We have a 7 person comfort bungalow booked. Hoping it's big enough for us all ! Hoping to have some meals there in the evenings if we can .

It looks good and the trip advisor reviews are positive but any tips or ideas of what to do in the local area greatly appreciated !!

We've booked for Duinrell in August as well. I requested their brochure through the website which was posted to us. It has ideas for excursions. I have bought the Lonely Planet guide to the Netherlands as well. So many attractive towns within a short distance of Duinrell. Lonely Planet and Rough Guide websites have lots of idea as well. I always over plan for holidays and won't do half the things I have in mind.

On my list is Efteling theme park, The Hague, hire bikes and cycle to the beach, Delft and Leiden. We're probably not going to attempt Amsterdam this trip but that is a very popular day out from Duinrell.
