Hello, So this is a bit of a silly question but i cannot find an answer anywhere so i have once again turned to mumsmet moms. My problem is that dd1 is about to turn 4 and will start school in sept. We are planning on having another baby next year. But i have to pick and drop dd1 to and from school everyday via bus or walk. Can anyone advise on how best to do this with a new born infant?? I will have to take the baby with me as we dont know anyone here who would be able to care for him/her. Which is the best way to take an infant with me safely on bus or by forward facing strollers that say from birth suitable for very young babies? Waiting for your advice

Could you use a sling?

I'd use a wrap sling until big enough to go in a stroller.

We had a mclaren techno xt pushchair, it was suitable from birth. We used it for dd1 and only stopped using it when dd2 stopped using a pushchair.

Petit star zia is small and suitable from birth. But yes, I'd use a sling for the first bit.
