Advice for holiday .... I am fussy

OK. This is my wishlist for a holiday for me, DH and DD (18 months):

Flight max 3 hours (less would be good)

Self catering

Quiet resort but not lifeless

I dont want the big places that people like Thomson do with the kids clubs, etc but dont want to be cut off either. A group of villas would be good with a creche facility.

Heated pool (DH hates cold water)

Walking distance to resturants/supermarket

Italian style restaurants near by (DH is veggies)

Budget £1000 (could go over if I had to)

All help gratefully received

esprit summer holidays tick all those boxes less self catering - esprit-holidays.co.uk - we had a great holiday with them last year in Neustift, Austria, for £499 all in, full board, sep chldren's bun fight (sorry, meal) and adults 3 course evening meal later, with baby monitors provided. Accommodation fabulous, nicer bathroom than mine at home, and chld care too if you want it.

Are you sure you want self catering? OK then, I can't recommend my favourite hotel then. But I will anyway because I love it. The Gran Salinas, Costa Teguise, Lanzarote.
