Nice hotels with kids club for 4.5 year old

Looking to go away for a week with our 4.5 year old short haul eg menorca Italy Spain Croatia? Open to suggestions but want a hotel with a good kids club so we get a bit of a break or otherwise lots for him to do without being completely overrun with kids.. do these places exist? Thanks

The Golden Avenida is Salou. It comes as an apartment with the choice of self catering or AI. Had kids clubs and lots going on. It's close to the theme park and easy to get to Barcelona or the surrounding towns. The beach was ok too.

We're going to club med in the piedmont region of Italy. Looks like good food and has kids club etc
