Hi I'm new to the site, so hope that I have come onto the right topic area.

My son is 18 months old and has width fitting 'H' shoes and a size 51/2. I really want to get him some trainers but am really struggling to get him some as they generaly don't stock them and cannot order them for me, I am really struggling, has anyone come across any other makes other than clarks that is suitable for a 'H' fitting foot. He also appears to have a high instep which is probably linked to the width fitting I don't know. Please can anyone help

THanks

Hi, my 14 month old daughter has an H fitting too and they have put her in a G but half a size bigger to compensate. Dont know if that helps at all.

Thanks for the message, I will get them to try that, fingers crossed, I just find that all though they advertise that they have six width fittings, startrite and clarks they only have one or two styles and that is it, It would be nice if they addded a few more Thanks

My x2 DD's both have H fittings but can fit quite comforatbly in Nike trainers. Have tried Reebok & K Swiss also but Nike are the best fit.
For shoes I buy clarkes & agree completely that they don't do enough styles for the wider foot!

Naturino shoes are generally wide fitting and fit my 2yr old ds who is an H in Clarks and Start-rite. Try Ebay.
