What's Madame Tussaud's like? Would an 8 and 12 year old enjoy or would it just be a load of statues 😂😂 ? Very expensive to get in and with tesco club card vouchers, seems the entrance queues are long. Thank you

I don't think my 9 year olds would know who many of the people are. I remember enjoying it when I was about 16

I thought it was dreadful sorry. Crap models of largely second rate people no longer in the public eye - Colonel Gaddafi - just why? Massive crowds around the one or two models your dcs might like selfies with.

Rachie1986 · 29/05/2017 21:18

I didn't really rate it either..

nancy75 · 29/05/2017 21:28

It's always packed, went earlier in the year with dd age 11, she didn't know who lots of the people were, she enjoyed the star wars bit & the 4d film, the rest was a bit meh!
We have merlin passes so it did t cost us anything & you get to jump the queue, if I had paid & queued I would have been very disappointed

Worst attraction I've ever been to.

KeepCalm · 29/05/2017 21:30

It was crap. So bad it was laughable. And I took my 13/10/8yr old in Feb.

Totally disorganised and shabby.

Don't bother. There are so many other brilliant things to do!

BuzzKillington · 29/05/2017 21:32

Yep - worst thing we have ever been to. It was 3 or 4 years ago and mine still talk about how shit it was.

Millipedewithherfeetup · 29/05/2017 21:34

I loved it !

WyfOfBathe · 29/05/2017 21:36

I loved it! I went a couple of years ago with a 16 year old relative who loved it as well. Your kids might like it better in a few years (say when they're 12 & 16) and can recognise more figures.

teabag20048 · 02/06/2017 08:53

Thanks everyone will give it a miss until they are older, its a lot of money to waste!

My kids loved it at 8 and 6.

We went to the Blackpool one last year which was more British based celebs.
