We've booked 3 flights + 1 enfant + my mum to Majorca.
We ummmed & ahhed about what time to fly, whether to go first thing or pay extra & go in the afternoon. We choose the later.
My mum booked hers later & has just had a letter saying the afternoon flight is no longer available, so they have booked her on on the 3pm flight.
I have checked on-line our flights & found they've done the same to us. Well we don't want to fly out at this time - because there is a 06:45 flight we can take.
I can not get through to anyone, am kept waiting on a 20p a minute phone line & when I make the changes on the internet, I am charged £60.
SHould we pay the £60 & try & claim it back ?
