Bollocks Premier Inn

Booked Premier Inn saver thing, so no changes as it's all paid for as I finally found a family room for £29!

The daffy I am I didn't click on cot - we're a family of 5 (will be 16m, 9 & 13) and obviously you can only book for 2 adults and 2 children on the site.

Do you think we'll be ok rocking up with the three kids, we don't actually need the travel cot or should I give them a call tomorrow?

Thanks

I would call them and explain that there are five of you.

Emailed customer services who were very helpful and added a cot to my booking as well as the baby so all sorted - family room, 2 adults, 2 children, an infant and a cot.

Well, I hope that when you turn up there they are expecting 5 of you.

I booked through booking.com (never again) and when we turned up, late at night, and did auto booking in, we were shown up to our room.

Except there weren't enough beds for the 3 of us. I had to call down to customer services, who found us a better room.

Apparently, I'd booked a family room 'single use'. No idea why that came up on their booking end when I'd put in 1 adult, 2 children every time.

At least you managed to speak to a helpful person.
