Childfree break

My ddad and his wife are talking the grandchildren on holiday for the first week of the summer holidays.
Dh works offshore 4 weeks on, 4 off. For the first time in ages we are both off work with no dc.
We want to go somewhere hot, with stuff to do (ideally a theme park) not too bothered about a sandy beach but definitely want to be near the sea. Help?

Tenerife- Costa Adeje area. In the following hotel...
Hovima Costa Adeje. It is adult only and you will love it. Sea and lovely beach a 2 minute walk. Restaurants out front of the hotel. Siam Park is a 20 minute walk away or a 4 minute taxi. (You can get a free bus)
I have been 4 times a year for the past 15 years.
I stay in Hovima La Pinta. Hovima Santa Maria. Or Hovima Costa Adeje.
