Liverpool centre disabled onstreet parking

Taking a disabled relative to Liverpool 1 next week, they don't like multi storey carparks.
Does anyone know of any streets near to Liverpool 1 that have any onstreet disabled parking spaces?

It's very expensive- but Henry st has some spaces, I think.

Or there are a few private car parks off Duke Street. They may not have disabled bays, though.

I'm sure I have parked in a disabled space on Whitechapel (toward Paradise St, so v near Liverpool One). And I am certain there are a few on Sir Thomas Street (at least 4 or 5) next to the Met Quarter.

Actually just found this
liverpool.gov.uk/parking-travel-and-roads/council-car-parks/blue-badge-parking-bays/
which hopefully is helpful.

You can park on Bold Street, but you do have to pay by the hour. Neighbouring streets to Bold Street have parking, too.

If you go to the John Lewis carpark in Liverpool One, then you go up one floor and then you're at the store.

That's very helpful thankyou very much. I did Google, it all seemed to be mega expensive, need to be close for mobility issues but I was hoping to find concessionary spaces if poss.
