Hi, we're staying there for a week in summer, with dc aged 4-11. Any tips for things to do/ places to go? What's good and what's over rated? Thanks

We had 2 weeks in Caorle last year, it was great! I would avoid the canal tour round the traditional fishermens homes as it was really boring - but take one of the many boat trips to Venice for the day (although it will be mobbed and very hot) for culture and lunch.

Venice, head to the lido (NOT lido de jesolo) Venice lido. There's a beach and breathtaking views of Venice from the lido.

Aqualandia in Lido Di Jesolo is a fab water park.. worth a visit if you have a car. Caorle is lovely though. My inlaws have a place just down the coast.

The wayerpark in Caorke was enjoyed by my dc and friends at the ages you specify but we're a bit over awed by teens at the one in Jesolo.
We enjoyed several days out on Venice. Did the boat trip once but after that took the bus. You can also get to Vero a for the day or the southern lakes if you want to drive. Enjoy!! We stayed just south of Cairke at a campsite in Eraclea Mare. It was fab!
