Italian Holidays with teens

Planning a family trip to Northern Italy (Lakes or Riviera (Alassio/ Diana Marina) but struggling to find accommodation. Can anyone recommend a self catering, villa with 4 bedrooms and a pool? We have 16yo, 14yo and in laws so within walking distance of a smallish village/ town would be ideal.

It is really difficult to find accommodation at this time of year, you would normally have to book a year ahead. Especially with Villas. With teenagers I would try and find a large campsite. They are like holiday villages and have tents, mobile homes and usually small bungalow apartments. Perfect for teenagers as there are lots of people to make friends with and there are usually teenager activities. At lake Garda, Camping Bella Italia is a gem of a place. Right on the lake and a short walk to the town of Peschiera. Also lido di Jesolo has an abundance of camp sites. Check out Eurocamp, Canvas or Alfresco holidays also.
